industry, recently held its Grand Food Tasting at One Esplanade in SM Mall of

Attended by 150 choice guests, Josiah’s Catering rolled out three new
sample event setups, namely the All About Sweets, Orange and Lemons, and Posh
themes. The event validated the fact that when it comes to making celebrations
a lot more special, there’s no other name to count on except for one that built
its character through sheer passion and experience.

The All About Sweets theme exudes unique charm and appeal with a
lip-smacking mix of colorful candies, cupcakes, and other confection treats.

candies and rich, bright-colored meringues

Of Oranges and Lemons
Round and pulpy, yellow and orange fruits, on the other hand, radiate
a “citrus” feel for Josiah’s Catering’s Orange and Lemons theme.
Yellow shines with optimism, enlightenment and happiness, while the
color orange elicits fun, flamboyant warmth and energy—this was the inspiration
we had for the Orange and Lemons theme.

The Posh theme, lastly, stirs a smart, elegant, and fashionable appeal
through more exquisite table designs and food arrangements.

What also stood out during the food tasting event was the launch of
yet another first for Josiah’s Catering: the Ice Cream Bar. The idea of the Ice
Cream Bar popped up a few years ago when we were thinking of something new to
offer our clients. We just want everything to be perfect that’s why it took us
some time before we introduced this idea to our clients.
The Ice Cream Bar is an added service that clients can avail aside
